Display Book/Doc. Title and background color for individual tabs

It would be helpful to have the book title title, permanently, not just on hover. I typically have multiple tabs open, and I have to go up and hover over tab bar to check which book/doc is open.
Also, it would be wonderful to be able to have formatting settings, font background/foreground color, etc, per tab. When I'm in a layout with multiple columns/rows, it's not easy as all the tabs have the same look and feel. Individual format settings makes for a better reading experience.
