Need to download msi file for windows 11 pro 64bit 21H2
Last Logos update crashed my system and erased or corrupted some essential Logos files. Downloaded installer, but it would not run on my system (received 'could not download file' error). Tried downloading msi file on another computer, succeeded in downloading the file, but would not install on my system. Contacted support - no reply after 10 days. It appears that my system does not meet the requirements for the most recent Logos iteration. I'm looking to download an msi file that is compatible with my system. To say the least, I'm frustrated - I've used Logos for 5 or 6 years on my system and have invested literally thousands of dollars, and I want it back! Please help!!!

That Windows version has run out of support more than a year ago. Is there any reason why you're not upgrading to 24H2?

Have tried, system will not accept upgrade. I get Windows message to upgrade, but it does not work. System says that it is up to date, but it is missing important security updates. Any ideas?

Yes. Download the ISO file from Download Windows 11 (scroll down). Either burn it to DVD, or mount the file in explorer, and trigger installation from there.

My system cannot handle it. I get the following messages:
The PC must support TMP 2.0.
The PC must support Secure Boot.
That's probably why I'm stuck at 21H2 and need a Logos version that will run on that. Like I said, Logos worked fine until the most recent update and I'd sure like to have it back without buying a new PC!

Sorry for the dyslexia - it said TPM 2.0

Windows 11 has always had the TPM 2.0 requirement. It's possible somehow to bypass the TMP check, however, it should never have been installed onto your computer in the first place. The result is, you're now stuck on an unsupported system and your software stops working.
Honestly, the best solution is buying a new computer. The TPM 2.0 standard was released in 2014, so your computer is quite old if it lacks support for it. If replacing the computer is no option now, there are ways to force the 24H2 upgrade.

If that's no option either, you could install Windows 10 on your computer. However, support for Win 10 will end in October, so you'd run in similar issues again.

Thank you, Jan. That will keep me busy for a while! I remember using a workaround to upgrade to Windows 11 in the first place, so one of the methods on the website you linked may well work.
Thanks again!
