With the most recent update I cannot get the title slide to show for the songs and there is no option to make it show.
How do I fix it?

Mine looks like this when in Edit mode
Show title on title slide was not showing as an option last Wednesday. Now it displays properly.
Maybe it was a glitch in Proclaim that got fixed or something didn't exactly load right on my end?

If you click on the 'first lyric' link you should see a list of options that includes title:
