I use add item add webpage, but when it tries to play i get error153 video configuration

Is there a way of enforving song arrangements between different teams that doesn't rely on training the operators?? Slide transitions are not working in the latest presentation I put together. An updated downloaded when I opened Proclaim on 2/12.
I had Proclaim time out (I think) during the Pastor's message yesterday. It came right back when I hit a key, then advanced to the next slide. Is there a setting that accidently was changed that is causing this? How do I correct it. This is the second time it has happened.
