How uninstall Logos for Mac completely

I would appreciate it if you could help me uninstall Logos step by step. I called tech, and they gave me the typical response: Finder, Application, and dump the Logos App in the trash which of course it does nothing to remove it all its components.
Thank you very much,
Joseph

Hi Graham:
No, that doesn't help. All I want to do is learn how to completely uninstall logos. There is no need for troubleshooting. I find it peculiar that I can't find any help on this topic.

@Joseph Luna the advice you got from Logos support is the standard uninstall method on a Mac - MANY will say just drag the .app file to the trash.
But it leaves a lot of stuff around, especially for Logos where resources can take up many gigabytes of space.
My recommendation - what I have done for years - is use App Cleaner. It's a small free utility, uninstalls completely and is very thorough. I have used it uninstalling Logos and Verbum myself.
You can easily search Google and find many forum users and reviews of it. Just a couple here:
Here is one of many threads on Macrumors, one of the top Mac sites - users like it:
And here is a Reddit thread, including a video:

You won't find any elaborate uninstall of Logos/Verbum, because dragging the app to the trash is sufficient - just not the best approach in many users' eyes.

I have CleanMyMac installed. Will that be the same?

I just checked mine … I use Verbum (about 65g) but there's an old Logos4 folder not deleted with about 2.5g in it (Logos app placed in trash about 2 years ago).

Sory the link was not just to a general troubleshooting page but to a section within it that described how to deinstall Logos on Mac. I don't know why the link name didn't recognise that.
If you click the link you should get to the actual article - or close to it.

I don't think so. But you can try.
I've had issues lastly with a buggy beta app. I used TrashMe 3 to uninstall all. But this didn't work as it should. I've had to go through the process in the link above.
I've had then reported to TrashMe 3 it doesn't uninstall all. And gave the developer the link. I have no clue if it is implemented now. If CleanMyMac does not delete all files, you can tell them too, to update their app so it does for the next release.
