Dynamic Tags for Library Items Obtained Through Subscription

I would like to create some collections based off of just books from those tiers. Is there anyone who has created some collections from those? Or are books that I have that way tagged automatically in some way so that I could add them to a collection?
It would be VERY helpful if resources gained through the subscription were dynamically tagged, because any collection would have to be strictly maintained watching any changes made to the subscription. Thanks a lot!!!
