Increase metadata that helps users
Using Dr. Darrell Bock's lectures on Luke (audio), apart from these short lectures' being numbered, the listener is not alerted to which portion of this Gospel Bock's remarks cover: why not?
I suspect it's the economics: these are derived from a DVD, which may supply fuller metadata, but which no one in the process of creating this stand-alone audio product thought much about end users. Of course, adding such essential metadata for end users would take time, which = $. I understand.
Please think more about end users and about traditions of Bible study which emphasize not nominal numbers of talks or lectures but Bible passage citations.
Dr. Bock's comments in this arrangement begin often with "And now we come to this section in which . . . " without mention immediately of Lukan text location. No criticism of him but sincere suggestion for the wonders of Logos interconnection among products to apply to stand-alone topics to make them more useful to users who think in terms of Bible chapters and verses as their main way of navigating such excellent content.
Thank you.
