Converting epub to docx with Calibre; problem with links.

When I concert to docx, the document is totaly fine, but when I put in into Logos some links don't work, but others do strange enough, but they are the same links.

Has someone have a fix for this problem?

Can you upload a small part of the file including some links here?

The link of volume 1.1 (Of Man's Chief End and Happiness) doesn't work, but the link to volume 1 itsself does work.
