Hi! I'm new to Proclaim and just starting a trial. How do you change the pre-service loop time? It's set to 31s and I don't know how to change it to 30 minutes. Can anyone help please?
Hi @Erica Durant
The pre-service loop time is calculated by adding up all the durations of each items in it.
If you start Proclaim 30 minutes before your service, then the items will display and then go back to the beginning of the loop until you get to the service start time you have specified.
Does that help at all or am I not correctly understanding what you mean?

Our Associate Pastor/worship leader recently purchased a Chavet DJ Obey 40 lighting controller to replace an old three-channel unit we have had for years. I have been trying to integrate this device into our existing technology infrastructure. So far, I have been unable to get the controller to respond to MIDI signals from…
Is there a way to add a countdown timer without editing slides? I connect all my slides so that I can change one and it changes multiple (pre-service, warm-up, service, and post-service). I would like the timer feature to still happen during the warmup without having to change every slide individually.
