We are having an issue on Sunday mornings during service where we've had syncing start happening while we are already on air, and the whole presentation will go back to the pre-service loop, sometimes in the middle of the song. We feel that once you're On Air this should freeze any syncing unless we are in Edit mode. Is there a way to make this happen? We are also noticing if someone who had previously worked on the presentation opens their laptop (even if proclaim is open in the background) it will force our on air computer to sync and send it back to the pre service loop. Please help!
