Hi! I'm new to Proclaim and just starting a trial. How do you change the pre-service loop time? It's set to 31s and I don't know how to change it to 30 minutes. Can anyone help please?
Hi @Erica Durant
The pre-service loop time is calculated by adding up all the durations of each items in it.
If you start Proclaim 30 minutes before your service, then the items will display and then go back to the beginning of the loop until you get to the service start time you have specified.
Does that help at all or am I not correctly understanding what you mean?

Initially, I couldn't work out where to do this, but found out how in the process of composing this post, so I thought I'd contribute it here anyway. I may well come back…
Sometimes I add songs to the presentation that emphasize different themes, with no intention of singing all of them. This leaves flexibility to lead according to the direction the service takes. However, those songs that go unsung are still included in the usage reports, which throws off my future planning and my look back…
I'm having a hard time dealing with getting PDF's into a presentation in Proclaim. With so much drop and drag functionality for images, I thought PDF's would be the same. But when that didn't work, every AI generated answer online said to import the pdf and Proclaim would turn each page into images - but is this actually…
Currently our Confidence Monitor is set for a black background and white letters. If we use black letters on our slides, the Confidence Monitor also changes to black letters and then we can't see them. The default font for the Confidence Monitor is set to white. Shouldn't that stay the same regardless of what color font is…
