Dashboard: Active Reading Plans - allow for Adjust Plan rather than Catch me up

I'd like to either have an option to default to show a link for Adjust Plan for all reading plans listed on the Dashboard (instead of showing the Catch me up link), or, even better, change the "Catch me up" on the Dashboard to a dropdown that allows you to choose either one.
Also, if someone has never used the "Catch me up" functionality, you should show a dialog prior to just doing it to explain what is about to happen. I made the wrong assumption and then had to figure out how to edit my plan and figure out where I left off.
