Does Inline Search function differently - regarding case matching - with the new toolbar?

Following a discussion here I'm just trying to check if the Inline Search handles case matching with the new toolbar.

With the earlier resource toolbar, an Inline Search respected the Match case settings of the last "full search" run against a book.

With the dynamic toolbar, case seems to be ignored.

Is this correct and, if so, was this a deliberate change?

    Yes, that's mostly correct. This was a deliberate change.

    I believe with the old toolbar it doesn't respect the last search run, but it does respect the currently selected match setting for the corresponding search mode (Bible/Books/Morph).
