Show on-screen bible scriptures on Android app

I love the on-screen Bible function with the animation, it looks really good and is so much nicer than simply embedding scriptures in to a content slide. The one big drawback is that the scriptures don't show on the Android app. I realise there are a number of workarounds to show the scripture text on the app, but my main use case for this would be to be able to underline/draw over the text on screen for which the Android needs to display exactly the same output as is currently on the main screen.
