@proclaim If I add media to a new board, why does it get deleted when I just want it off my group uploads board? I'm training new operators and wanted to clean up the group upload as it had many duplicates and was cumbersome to locate what you need. Went to work adding media to specific labeled boards and deleted them from the massive group upload board. Now I have lost much of my media. Is there anyway you can restore from a prior date? Frustrated to say the least.

Uploaded media is always in the Group Uploads board; that's basically where it's stored. Adding media to a specific labeled board just gives you another way to find it; it does not physically copy the media. If you have multiple copies of one item in the Group Uploads board (from multiple uploads of the same item), it's safe to delete the extras, but be sure to leave at least one copy. You can add that copy to as many specific boards as you want, to make it easier to find.

To recover mistakenly deleted media, your best hope is to contact Proclaim support directly proclaimsupport@logos.com.

They shouldn’t have “group uploads” under the “boards” heading then. Thank you, i will request help from support.
