Background Audio in Content Not Playing During Service

I'd like to play a background song while the announcement are scrolling during our service. The background audio I've chosen is a good file (mp3, plays in Apple Music) and I've selected from the little speaker icon beside the content announement. My computer's audio plays music…. I'm so confused - what's happening? What am I missing?

Updated Log-In Procedure
I'm not sure I understand why the log-in procedure needed to change and seems more time-consuming than previously. Regardless, when I have logged out of proclaim, why does the next person who opens the program have an option to "authorize" a return to my log-in?
Contant hanging when adding content.
Proclaim hangs every time I add "content". It hangs randomly from 1-10 seconds each time. The strange thing is that it does not hang when I duplicate a slide or add a Bible slide. Just the "content" slide. I am using a Macbook Pro M4 OS 15.5. I am on Proclaim 4.11.0.0158.
