Trying to download and open Proclaim on my mac mini M4; it starts to open and says "signing in" then closes without anything happening. Running latest Mac OS and just downloaded the latest Proclaim version today.
Thanks for the report Jeremy,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. Would you please submit logs to our support team?
It sounds to me like you might be able to load Proclaim into a blank layout. Launch Proclaim, then immediately hold down the command key. You should be prompted to sign in. Once you do that, you should launch into an empty Proclaim. From there, go to the Help menu and click Report an issue to submit your logs.
If you can't get into Proclaim, you'll have to find them on your computer and send them in via email.
Proclaim hangs every time I add "content". It hangs randomly from 1-10 seconds each time. The strange thing is that it does not hang when I duplicate a slide or add a Bible slide. Just the "content" slide. I am using a Macbook Pro M4 OS 15.5. I am on Proclaim 4.11.0.0158.

I've tried several other videos,…
I am the team leader for the AV team at Monterey Baptist Church in Albuquerque. We use Proclaim software with Epiphan Video Pearl Mini to stream our Sunday morning service. I would like to meet with someone from any Albuquerque churches that are using proclaim, so that I can see how they are using in it. The number of…
We are evaluating Proclaim as we use Easy Worship right now and its not very multi-user friendly like Proclaim seems to be. I do have a few questions for those that use it. When you use NDI to put things on your live stream, are you breaking up the Chorus/Verse songs up so that only 2 or 3 lines show up on the stream? We…
I'm not sure I understand why the log-in procedure needed to change and seems more time-consuming than previously. Regardless, when I have logged out of proclaim, why does the next person who opens the program have an option to "authorize" a return to my log-in?
