Slide transitions are not working in the latest presentation I put together. An updated downloaded when I opened Proclaim on 2/12.
Same here. Only transitions that are working are verses of songs. My announcement loop and slides are all hard cuts now despite them being set to Fade and the default for new slides is still set in the preferences. 😕
Same here - they’re smashing and flickering to black. It’s highly disruptive to our service.
I came here to say the same thing. The only transitions that work are the "Windows Only" transitions. Started with the recent update. I want my FADE transitions back.
My name is Andrew and I am using my pastor's account. This seemed to happen with the latest update. Unfortunately all you can do is roll back to the previous version. Go to Help → About Proclaim → Release Notes. Then download the installer for the previous version. Then uninstall Proclaim and reinstall from the downloaded installer.
I am seeing the same issue on windows. Very abrupt cuts through black.
Thank you for the instructions for reverting back to the previous version. I've reached out to LOGOS and they promptly opened up a trouble ticket. I sent them a video of what exactly is going on with the transitions and they said they would investigate. Hopefully, we'll have a fix soon.
They just issued an update that resolves the transitions problem. You should be prompted to relaunch the program the next time you open it. They really responded and resolved this quickly.

I purchased the AMP translation of the bible. When I select the On Screen Bible it appears in the menu on my home computer but not the one at the church. We are in the same group. How can I get it to show up on all of our computers?
I am wanting to change the video name, the part circled in the pic. I can begin to delete and type a new name, then it just bounces back and appears with the original name. I really don't want have to delete the videos and reload them, just to change the name.

Have a virtual display for my online slides allowing for lower thirds and transparency setting for my live broadcast. I can not seem to set the transparency background color if I use Picture in Picture. Is there a trick somewhere??
