Showing a video on the main presentation AND confidence monitor

I have a lyric video I want to show the congregation but also want the video to play via the confidence monitor. It works fine on the main display but on the confidence monitor it doesn't play the video just a screen shot? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Pastor
You will have to make a change in the default Confidence Monitor under Settings > Default Confidence — From there click "Edit Template"
Then check the box that says "Use video player when available."
