TRAINING VIDEO TEXT OPTION
I find it very hard at 72 to keep up with the teacher. It would be so helpful if there was an option to convert the narrative portion to text, i.e., "Download Text/Manuscript." Then I could follow along visually and also read it, go back, and re-read it. Sometimes, the screenshots are so inclusive that even when you zoom in, the type is so small I have issues reading it.
I am very visual; video PLUS a manual or printed downloaded file, so I can keep up with the narrator.
It would also be helpful, if they would slow down a bit, or have an option on the screen to slowdown the narration; ie from "slow" motion to "chipmunk" speeds!
Otherwise, I start, stop, start, stop, and each time write down what I have heard so I can review it later. I must master this software so I can teach it to other Team members until a smarter, younger person can take my place.
