Is it possible to add a new button in the new Smart Search?

Is it possible to add a button to the smart search that allows you to specify whether you want to search for, for example, German or English books? Currently, you have to ask the question in German for German books and in English for English books.
I'm from Germany and this button would help a lot. At the moment I have to translate my questions in google translator.
