Can I not adjust the size of the countdown clock on a video?
Hi there, we use the countdown clock during the pre-service loop and I love that the size can be adjusted. We recently added a 3:00 video (call to worship) to the Warm-Up section, and I wanted the countdown clock to continue, which it can, but at its default size. Is there not a way to adjust the size of it on a video? I can select it as an option but it doesn't appear on the bottom left corner to be edited in size… Thanks!

Instead of using a video service item, use a content service item. Then click background → browse media → find your video and click "Apply to Current Background."
This will give you the flexibility you are used to, but will add the annoying step of manually putting in the time for the slide to advance.
Frustratingly, Proclaim doesn't put anything on a video in a content slide that lets you see how long the video is, so make a note of the duration in the media window before you add it to your presentation.
