The top prioritized Bible is your preferred Bible and will open everytime it contains the verse referred to.

I think it is still around - all it does is put the Bible at the top of the priority list.

That's a feature in the web app, but not the desktop app.
I don't remember what it is called in Logos, but the Accordance equivalent is the "Instant Details" and it is the little info stuff down at the bottom if you hover over a word.
