Relocate the "Need Some Help" box

… from "Get Started" to being the first item below in "Explore", to keep the Get Started box strictly for whatever stuff we want. It takes up real estate, and I personally have found I use it only about once a year. Even the "What Would You Like To Do Today" box I never use either.

Anyone else?
