This is my first time; so, forgive me if I have missed a thread or comment within this Community.
Like many loyal people, who have invested heavily into a company like Logos Bible Software (of course it is apparent more so these days, it's a business…), but seemingly we have a choice to use the internet or data (not); so having the privalige in having a laptop, tablet and mobile phone; it has come apperant that if you want to use the hyperlinks whilst being offline, or in a dead zone, you no longer can do this. NOT AVAILABLE. It's okay on a laptop. Am I missing something? There must be a clause that legally says that you can't change granfather rights, once a person has invested and bought such a collective volumes in order to study and produce sermons and studies? For example, the conditions generally in the intro of each recourse, of how may digatal copies you are allowed etc. The AI feauture; what use is that, again when you can't use it without a connection? You know, perhaps it's my age? I don't see customer focus, or conversations before these changes are made. I am very dissapointed, after your software greatly enhanced my Christian Life till now. If you want to even encourage new groups studying, or meeting together, well I think that will be a thing of the past. If there is a positive note to make; I can't count how many recommendations I have made, and encouraged others to use such a great recourse; that has sadly dimmished thes last twelve months.
