Is the old L4 "copy location" feature removed?

I used to be able to select a portion of text, go to the book menu (three dots) and copy the location in L4 format. When I clicked that link, it would bring me to the exact quote again. Now when I do that, I only get "copy location" and it only brings me to the top of that paragraph. Honestly I'm devastated to lose this feature.

Is there any other way to do this now? Or perhaps the feature is just moved?

I'm in v. 42.1.10

I've found the answer.

It no longer copies the location you've selected. Rather, it copies the location of the top line that is showing in the panel. I don't prefer this, but I can work with it.

On the desktop, this is not a change. I can't remember how many times I reported a bug in the location and @Andrew Batishko reminded me of the top line rather than selection behavior.
