I find the "Send to Proclaim" option distracting, how do I hide it from the Right Click Menu?

On my Logos for iPad, I no longer see the yellow Note marker next to text I have created a note for. I have checked all the settings for Notes, as well as general App settings, and I cannot find anything that would affect that (either to turn the markers off or back on).
