I downloaded the Proclaim Plugin from the Elgato Marketplace but I can't get any buttons to work to control anything. How do I get this working?

Did you enable the local remote server in Proclaim > Settings > Remote?
Yes, I have that enabled. I can control it from the phone app on the local network, but I can't get the Stream Deck to find it.
Ok, I have it working now. I re-enabled it, restarted the computer a few times and it is now working.

When I bring a video in from the media center, the default volume is at 100%. Unfortunately at that level, there is a high amount of distortion due to the signal overload. How can I set the default volume to 5% or 10% instead of having to play the video and then adjust the volume down? Thanks Bob
