How do I open an existing Proclaim file from one church and then open the file in another church using Proclaim?

Backup the presentation. Save that to a flash drive. Then go to the other church, plug the flash drive into the computer there and do File>Restore Presentation…

I often preach a series and duplicate the previous presentation to reuse the background theme. When I change the praise songs it automatically changes the title in the slide outline in the left column. But when you change the reading it doesn't so you have to change it manually. It would be great if this could be automatic.
