How can I find out all the books in my library
Opening Library within the Logos application will allow you to view and filter all of your books. Selecting the filter License → Permanent will display only books that you own.
Why do the Highlighting Pallets' colours have an "A" in front of them? Both Foreground and Solid colours. Can I change them to other letters?

In Accordance I can set the range and type "fish" and the analysis shows me there are three different words translated as "fish" in 9 verses.
