Hello,
I purchased the early church fathers and now the program will not open. It shows the little opening block and then it goes away. It just blinks.
Help!

I did shut the computer down and then started it. This did not change anything.
try starting it with Ctrl key pressed down - this may help (cuts issues with layouts, for example), otherwise it will produce diagnostic logs.
NB Mick. I did that and it still just blinks.
look at https://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging to find where your log files are and upload your log files here, that may give a clue to what is happening. Alternatively, call Customer Service and have them help you (they may log into your machine and fix things).
I have tried to figure out how to use Logos. It has been a difficult task. (I would like to attend the webinars, but I am working during each of the webinars I have found listed in emails from Logos.) Is there a way to do this search for the entire book at once and see the results? I'd like to know, for instance, how many omissions are recorded in…
I love the "send hyperlinks here" function on the desktop version of Logos. But I've been unable to find such for the iPad version of Logos. I'd love the ability to click on a link (ex: cross reference in the Bible), and have the option to OPEN (not just hover) the cross reference passage in a separate pane. Is there a way…
I am looking for the entire text of Enuma Elish. Not just an excerpt or commentary, but the whole text. I don't think it's in ANET (if it is, let me know). Could someone let me know where I can find this? I think it might be in COS, but I am not sure since Logos only has 3 of the 4 volumes for some reason. Thank you for…
Noticed this new prepub on a technical point of Semitic linguistics, and it's from EISENBRAUNS! Does that mean there's a new agreement with the publisher? Will Waltke/O'Connor reappear on the offerings?
