I'm breaking my normal rule as I have not converted the footnotes to work correctly in the compiled personal book. The footnotes are so dense that for my purposes it is just as easy to have two copies of the resource - one on the text and the other on the footnotes. If there is high demand for the documents, I will go through and do them properly. I have settled on one book per pope - you may wish to treat documents or languages separately.
