Hi,
Back in February if 2011 I bought the scholar library silver. I used it for a while but then stopped. I no longer have the dvd and have changed email addresses. How do I access the books again?
Hello Enrique, and welcome to the forums! Do you still have a receipt, record of purchase, or email confirmation (assuming you still have access to the old email address)? You would need to contact customer service with some kind of proof of purchase to have them transfer a license to owned resources to your new account.
You could try to log into logos.com with your old account and search your order history. Even if you have no success, it would be worth giving customer service a call to see if they could guide you through the steps needed to recover your previously purchased resources.

When I open word info cards for Greek words, the lexicon defaults to LSJ. If I change it to BDAG, which I prefer, it will stay that way for the session. But if I close or come back to Logos, it will revert to LSJ. On my desktop app, I have a prioritized Hebrew-Greek Bible that uses BDAG for the Greek. I’m guessing that…
I was watching the September update and saw the feature that links your sermons to the Biblical text. I don't see any margin ribbons or icons showing up, however. Must a sermon had to have been created using Sermon Builder for it to show up? I do not use Sermon Builder to create my messages, but I have well over 1,000…
