Desktop app will not permit me to get into the program. It wants to authorize my login but does not allow me to access and continues to block me from using my program? I am confused.
Absent more serious surgery, try restarting your PC or Mac? Yesterday the authorizer was acting up for me.
Ensure you are logged into your account on logos.com (in preferred browser). A screenshot of the Authorization would assist.

It could be that the clock on your computer is incorrect.

I am a Logos user and although my Subscription is Pro however when I look at My Account it lists No Subscription. And when I try to use Study Assistant it tells me to get a subscription. What is going on?
Bibleworks allowed users to choose from portions of the Bible that had descriptive headers. Example: Exodus 2:1 - Birth and Youth of Moses Logos only lists chapters with no descriptive headings. How can I get the same function that Bibleworks offered in Logos?
