note length question

I really love Accordance notes for many, many reasons. However, since I have a repeated history of note corruption and data loss elsewhere, I am still kind of jumpy.

Once in a while as specific note gets REALLY long. For example, this specific note is 686 words so far. I am not done with it, but I started getting nervous and stopped to write this post. I think I have two questions.

Am I risking the "health" of my note if it is super long?
If I do reach a word count limit with notes, will the program just stop letting me type, or give me some kind of indicator? I assume so, but just given my history and how much data I have lost in the past, I want to make sure I don't exceed an unstated word count and then the program eats my note, or worse, eats my notebook.

Thank you for any clarity anyone has about this.

As far as I've used Logos, only few months though, the length doesn't bother nor the media inside, but it's the syncing part that I'm doubtful of. I tried to share the notes to my other account as I was using Max sub trial on that account, then I wanted to delete that account as I've decided to go Pro sub for real.

For some reason, I was feeling orderly and tried to organize my notes that I shared in a faith life group with my deleted account. Though I made sure that the notes were in my main account with Pro sub, once I clicked end collaboration for those notebooks, all the notes created in the deleted account also vanished from my main account with Pro sub. My mistake was that I didn't think of the ownership of each notes & notebooks. So hundreds of notes, not sure about highlights T_T that I made with the trial account that I request to get deleted vanished.

It's nobody's fault but I take solace in telling myself it's a good end and a good beginning as I found that my previous studies and comments on the Bible studies were very much "off" from the real context.

Lesson : Do not end collaboration on shared notes before confirming the ownership. 😅

Michelle - have you asked in the forums or through customer support is there's a way to recover the notes? Depending on the precise details, one is often pleasantly surprised.

Hi @MJ. Smith , thanks for bringing that up, no because I accepted my losses as it was my mistake and I don't want to trouble others for my mistakes 😅

Hmmm … there was this guy a couple of millenia ago who did something about my mistakes … but we don't discuss theology on these forums . It is never troubling us on the forums to ask … there are reasons to believe the notes are easily recovered … reframe you question as how do I reactivate my "deleted" account … I'm not sure how one deletes an account only how to inactivate an account.
