Upload Canva presentation

How do I upload a Canva presentation to the church proclaim program? Can it be uploaded directly from Canva, or should it be downloaded as a PDF, or Powerpoint, or a different format? Currently when I downloaded it as a pdf it is grayed out and not a live uploadable link

I think you should export it to a PowerPoint. Proclaim imports PowerPoint very well.

I can do that, but sometimes Canva doesn't convert to powerpoint exactly the way I set it up, but if that is the only way to do it then I will and try to make the adjustments on the powerpoint.

Accurate count of number of times Songs are used
I cannot find a way to distinguish between a rehearsal and service when going on air. As we do a full run through with Orchestra every Sunday, and sometimes a partial run through with choir on Wednesdays, or count of hymn use is greatly inflated. Has anyone found a work around for this???
