Would It Be Technically Hard for Logos to Include a Resource Change Log on Resource Updates?

My title pretty much sums it up.

I'm wondering how hard it would be for the Logos team to offer changelogs to library resources that are updated. It would be particularly helpful on the Logos Help files as well as Bible translations and textbooks. I don't necessarily mean when a new edition is published, but when new tagging is added to an existing resource.

Is there technical limitations to making this happen?

Native support for Windows on ARM
Release a version of Logos that runs natively on ARM-based Windows 10 devices, such as the Surface Pro X. Emulation of Windows x64 apps is not currently supported on ARM64, so Logos doesn't run at all. Even when it is supported, a native ARM64 version should be faster.

Alignment options (Left, Center, Right) in Sermon Writing Editor
Simple text alignment would be great. It auto aligns Hebrew to the right, so the program is capable, I just need buttons to be able to do it. (Windows Desktop App)
