Why does one of my Macs on preview show all three of my screen outputs and the others only show the main slides output. Is there a setrting for this?

Yes, you can control that by using the dropdown in the preview toolbar

I think previously when we've clicked on the quick screen to Blank, that the confidence monitor has still shown the template details for the Clock and the Confidence Timer clock but that isn't happening now - it's blanking the whole confidence monitor. Is there any way to change the default format settings when we add a new slide, song, bible verse, etc.? We have a specific font, font style, and background that we use, and it would just save us time not to have to change it every time we add a new slide.
