For many months, any 'newer' song we have added to our database from import from Planning Center, we've had to 'add song' manually to get the version where we re-formatted the lyrics. Now, I can't even get a previously formatted song at all in the proclaim database. The only option is the unformatted version.
This is really a no-go if this can't get fixed quickly. I'm not spending time every service reformatting songs that we've already reformatted when it was a new song.
I've checked for and installed updates. Am I the only one having issues? Seems like when proclaim added the 'new' song library, this all started happening. And, the song library won't even open properly on my laptop…opens mostly off-screen and doesn't all for easy re-size of the window.
Sorry, very frustrated.
