Use of the new SongSelect lyric videos???

I just subscribed to the new SongSelect Lyric Videos with the intent of using them in my Proclaim software. I "Assumed" that since Proclaim is linked with SongSelect for lyrics that it would be an easy process. NO SUCH LUCK! I called Proclaim support for help and they said they are not compatible and would not work since the videos are not downloadable, they have to be played from the SongSelect URL. I contacted SongSelect support and they were not familiar with the Proclaim platform and suggested I call Proclaim!

Since SongSelect is a "Strong" partner with Proclaim and all of the lyrics link up with Proclaim, can we as a community encourage Proclaim support to bridge this gap to utilize this great feature. There is already the capability to add a "web page" to our presentations, so maybe there could be a work around to make this happen.

Any other community members encountered this problem? Solutions?

Accurate count of number of times Songs are used
I cannot find a way to distinguish between a rehearsal and service when going on air. As we do a full run through with Orchestra every Sunday, and sometimes a partial run through with choir on Wednesdays, or count of hymn use is greatly inflated. Has anyone found a work around for this???
