There has been a few reported issues with Custom Visual Markup since it was introduced, which several user have expressed frustration with over several months, with no appearance of fixing.
I have had to write this application due to my own stupidity and desire to change CVM globaly having changes color schemes, but am releasing it to the community as it will also fix some of the reported frustrations
The Main 3 being:
1) Accidental Deletion of Custom style (why Logos cant check if it is currently in use and not let you is beyond me..)
2) Removal of Custom Markup for a specified style or for a whole book,
3) Changing existing Markup easily when you "improve it"
example.:
1. when you accidentally delete a Custom style you get this.. which you cannot change easily

my tweaker allows you to redeem this accident easily,

if a style is missing, it tells you, and you can change this to your new preferred custom style.
when Logos reopens, after updating, it shows as

The Global replace replaces ALL selected custom style markup in all book to your chosen colour.
The Standardise is there because I use various colour while studying,

at the end of the study or in several months the color is irrelevant, so I choose to standardise it and make it all one style, you may not wish to
I believe the purge options are self explanitory.
File is here 6648.CustomMarkup.zip
both files need to go in your <Path to Logos4>\Documents\<random.idr> folder and run from there
I Hope you find it useful, should work on Win7 but only tested on Vista x64
