NT347 (and ALL) Mobile Ed Videos no longer play on my laptop

Everything works except for playing the videos. Video starts with the splash screen with Title and Author, then goes white and the video never loads. The audio version launches and plays correctly. These same videos play fine on my iPhone on the Mobile app. This worked fine a few days ago under ver 45.0. I think the video files are corrupt. Is there a way for me to reload? I am on an old MacBookAir with an Intel processor FWIW.

Just tried launching a NT347 video and the same thing happens. I don't think now it is a file corruption problem. Please advise.

Never mind. The situation resolved itself. It seems as though the video course content was lagging on download. Might have been my internet, but we are on Fiber, so I think the problem may have been on the server side. Thanks,
