I learned that Logos will not search highlights even when highlights are filtered in the Notes. When searching for a word or topic, Logos only searches the "notes" within (or attached to) the highlight. It cannot search for any string inside the highlight itself. While I like having the Bible references available for reference it is cumbersome to have there names so long that it pushes my notes window smaller and I also only see the first few words of the note which is difficult for later locating and sorting
