When window shopping for a libraries, I usually use ☑ "Hide owned books" in the table of resources: that is helpful (thanks : ) However, I often don't recognize most of the titles, so sometimes I float over a few of them and then give up. Once recently, I happened to float over a previously unknown title and suddenly had interest: Wow, that is written by that guy‽
∴ IDEA: how about showing the author with the title in the table? I'd probably invest more time considering a library if I scanned the table of unowned books and saw several authors that I trust, even if I might not be aware of the particular titles. I recall that you used to include a list of authors above the table, but then I'd have to hunt for which book was written by an author of interest = too much work.
