Missing files in my Logos MacOS desktop app's library

I have over 120 docs in my library (I use the free edition of Logos). I can access them from the web version (https://app.logos.com/) as well as from Logos' iOS App, but I can only find 19 in my Logos' MacOS desktop app's library. It's not that they are hidden (I checked that and they're not). "Update resources" command results in "no updates available". I've uninstalled and installed Logos a number of times. What can I do to see and download them in my MacBook?

Spell Check in Sermons Document
The spell check function still does not work in my Sermon documents. I am running Logos Pro 45.1.2. It seems like it has been fixed for others, why is it still not working for me? Thank-you.
Question on Verbum Library upgrading.
Hi everyone, I currently have the 2025 Verbum Diamond Library, and I’m interested in moving up to the Portfolio Library. Does anyone know if there’s an upgrade option available for a nominal cost, or would I need to purchase the entire Portfolio package at full price? Thanks in advance for your help!
Easiest path from USFM to Logos personal book
I'm working on a Bible translation. It's stored in USFM format (Paratext). What's the simplest way to get that into Logos as a personal book? As far as I can see, Logos only accepts .docx files.
