To have the ability to start service items at different times for example on remembrance day to have a video start at 11 o’clock
Is the service start time not doing what you need?
no our service starts at 10:30 and I would need the items to start after that time. And we have a countdown at the start of the service so I can’t change the time.

Based on my own church service, it would be unlikely we would ever have a video start at some exact time… (besides the start of service) since worship, announcements, etc. all take a variable amount of time.
What is your use case?
normally we would have something similar as you but for certain services such as Remembrance Day we would play The Last Post at 11:00 exactly.
I mainly run linux (Ubuntu) during the day ... would really like to not have to boot up Windows just to make changes for Proclaim
with a lot of churches switching to Linux computers. I know it saying a lot and not easy to do. Can you consider Linux might be a huge mile stone for Logos. I’m using a virtual machine with windows 10 I have switched to Linux it would be better if we had running bible app with Linux. Just a thought.
It would be helpful if you could add support for Unicode characters. Sometimes we use Proclaim for prompts with church drama's and add special directives to cast, musicians, back stage crew, which is easier and takes less room on screen with a Unicode symbol, such as a music note, rest symbol, Here is one set of examples…
