To have the ability to start service items at different times for example on remembrance day to have a video start at 11 o’clock
Is the service start time not doing what you need?
no our service starts at 10:30 and I would need the items to start after that time. And we have a countdown at the start of the service so I can’t change the time.
Oh I see; could you give me more details on your setup?
Based on my own church service, it would be unlikely we would ever have a video start at some exact time… (besides the start of service) since worship, announcements, etc. all take a variable amount of time.
What is your use case?
normally we would have something similar as you but for certain services such as Remembrance Day we would play The Last Post at 11:00 exactly.

We have some individuals who are basically deaf or very hard of hearing. Recently I was part of a seminar where the presenter was using his laptop to present a Powerpoint presentation. Everything he said was being transcribed live at the bottom of the front screen. If Proclaim had the ability to apply closed captioning to…
We've switched from SongSelect (CCLI) to ChartPro (MultiTracks) for lyrics. Please provide integration with ChartPro.
Please add an option that allows for the end user to avoid being prompted with the message, "The current slide has been modified. Show updated slide." This prompt was added recently this year (ie. 2025). Unfortunately, for our use case, it reduces that time when a scripture displays during the middle of the service. In our…
After uploading our own music files, there is no way to download them back out of proclaim from the audio library. Ther should be a way to export a file you add in case you've lost the original file. It's out music, so there's no reason we shouldn't be able to bring it (export it) from the library. Also, similar tothe…
