Please allow for sharing of highlighting palette among users. And while updating the document, note that Collections; and Notes' sharing privileges are also managed within the Documentation menu.
Currently, it is only possible to share Palettes created online in your Documents via the link (here). And I believe that many people are not even aware of this option. But really, if sharing were possible via the Documents tab, it would be more practical. Somewhere I had suggested modernizing the way Documents/Collections/Visual Filters, etc. are shared. Especially Palettes. When we update something we share, we need to go online to update the sharing. Or else, unshare and share again in Documents.
