Some questions regarding using Proclaim Target Start Times

I'm trying to understand how to best use Target Start Times in Proclaim and have a few questions.

In the screenshot below, I have enabled the display of the Target Start Times but I haven't specified any values.

How does Proclaim determine what "default" values to use - for instance, in the case of the service item How Great is our God? Why does it think that will take 3 minutes and 13 seconds?
Why does the service start time show as 5:00 when I specified it as 17:00?

3) When I go on air (with the local time of 17:24) Proclaim displays a message at the top about the warm-up starting late and it moves directly to the warm-up section.

This makes sense as the service should have started nearly 30 minutes ago.

But if I do select a service item within the body of the service, the message at the top remains instead of disappearing, or adjusting to reflect the different position in the service.

Any insights on any of the above would be appreciated

Proclaim has a built-in 'CalculatedDuration' that it computes with an algorithm based on how much text is on the slides and how many slides there are. When in target duration mode, we put a tilde in front of these guesses. Each item will now have a duration field and you can specify your own duration. You can also click on any of the times and put a specific start time on the left for any section, and subsequent times will be updated. For example, if you know Set 1 should start at 17:15 then you could put that explicitly.
Seems like we localized the start time for you (to show 24-hour time instead of am/pm), but did not localize the target time on the left. I'll make a bug report!
Yes, that is correct. You went on air after the start time and your WarmUp won't finish in time.. I guess we could remove the message, but then you might wonder what the message was if you hadn't read it yet?

With regards to the third point - the warning message - I had assumed that the message would update during the service to indicate if the service was behind the target times in the service section (not just the warm-up section). Is that not the case?

Ah, I see, no that message is just a warmup message, mostly so they know the countdown will cause them to be late.

For target times, you get a 'Stoplight' indicator above your preview view, which will indicate if you are on time or not and if you hover over it it will give you the time you are behind.
