Using the desktop app, I'm trying to upload a video file into the Proclaim Media window, but the upload progress is stuck at 0% for tens of minutes. It's only a 48-second video (less than 10MB). I have tried uploading it in VP9, H.265, and H.264 formats and that doesn't seem to make a difference. Suggestions please?
