Can we play a video with a different audio track?

Our senior leader has asked if it is possible to have a video uploaded in Proclaim, turn off the sound and play a separate audio file while the video is playing.

I can't see any mechanism to do so.

Is it possible at all?

(I know I could do some pre-processing on the video to disable the audio track and add another audio track on top but just wondering if it is possible to do it all in Proclaim)

Not really. As a workaround, you could use the post-service loop to play the video, and add the audio to the loop. Then you can click the speaker and choose which audio to play. But I don't think there is a more natural way to do it.
